Where is the Church in Revelation 4 & 5?

We know that the Church Age ends at the conclusion of chapter 3 of Revelation, and the next scene (in chapter 4) shows the Church is residing in the throne room of Heaven following the Rapture. We know the Church saints are present because the Seven Spirits of God are in the Throne room and because the 24 Elders are present.

First, the Seven Spirits of God indicate the entirety of the Holy Spirit is in Heaven, which means that the Church in its entirety must also be in the Throne room, since the Spirit will never leave us nor foresake us (Heb 13:5). Furthermore, the presence of elders indicates that the Church has arrived in Heaven. The term elder in Scripture is always used for human leadership among God's people, and the description of these elders indicate they are saved by grace (i.e., white robes, crowns).

So if 24 resurrected elders are present in Heaven (i.e., a complete number of elders) and the entirety of the Spirit of God as well, then we must conclude that the entire church is also present. In John's description of that moment in Revelation 4 & 5, he notes only the Spirit and the elders and he doesn't specifically mention seeing the Church saints present, but we come to conclude the church WAS present based on the evidence.  Therefore, the fact that John doesn't specifically mention seeing the Church present is of little significance; God may not have permitted John to witness the Church in that moment, but we know from the symolism of the evidence provided that the Church must be present as well.
